I placed a purchase assignment with JA!. I had to search for homes myself, and on several occasions the real estate agent couldn't accompany me on viewings. During the process, I never received complete advice about the properties, only verbal suggestions for a bid, where Mrs. always insisted that I should waive my suspensive condition. After multiple near-miss bids, I withdrew the assignment because I didn't feel it was worth a brokerage fee of x% of the purchase price. Afterwards, I had a targeted purchase assignment carried out for a property by another real estate agent. Only then did I see what a good purchasing broker should actually do.

Today my girlfriend and I had an appointment with someone from this real estate agency to view a property. The appointment was at 10 o'clock. We arrived at 9:55 and waited until 10:35, but no one showed up. So we left and around eleven o'clock we called the office to ask if anything had happened and then we received the most incoherent answer ever. Because they had written down our phone number incorrectly and could not call us, they just decided not to come to the appointment. The excuse was that, since the property was only 5 minutes from their office, we should have gone to their office while we would have seen that no one would show up as agreed. This is the customer service of this agency. They noticed our number was wrong and decided to stay within the office, even though it was 5 minutes away from the property, instead of trying to arrive at the agreed time to see if we would show up as agreed.
