Ik kocht mijn woning zes jaar geleden via Jansen Smit Makelaars, vandaar dat ik ook voor de verhuur weer bij hen terecht ben gekomen – een beslissing waar ik diep spijt van heb. Ik werkte samen met Tim, wiens communicatie en afhandeling van het proces ronduit slecht waren. Hij hield zich niet aan mijn wensen (ik had expliciet aangegeven geen studenten te willen, maar hij presenteerde een shortlist met drie studenten en een stel, waardoor mijn opties sterk werden beperkt). De communicatie was gedurende het hele proces zwak, waardoor ik constant moest nabellen. Ik ontving foutieve conceptcontracten die nooit het kantoor hadden mogen verlaten. Het corrigeren van basisfouten is niet de taak van de klant. Ik heb ook nooit het contract ter ondertekening ontvangen, wat later problemen voor de huurders veroorzaakte. Toen ik deze problemen met Erik besprak, bleef het stil. Ik stelde een redelijke korting voor gezien de ontvangen service, maar ook dat werd genegeerd. Meerdere keren nabellen en nabellen bleef onbeantwoord. Pas toen de factuur betaald moest worden, hoorde ik eindelijk iets van me, ditmaal met dreigingen met deurwaarders en werd ik voor "onbeleefd" uitgemaakt omdat ik de kosten in twijfel trok, terwijl ik voorheen een trouwe klant was. Deze ervaring toonde een compleet gebrek aan verantwoordelijkheid en klantenservice. Oplichters. Het gaat ze alleen om het geld, niet om de service. Ik zou dit bureau nooit aanbevelen. Verspil hier geen tijd, geld of energie.

Disappointing experience with real estate agent Erik Smit. Due to inadequate action and completely stopping communication, a golden opportunity was missed to buy a dream house. When first contacting this realtor, everything seemed to be going smoothly, although it was already mentioned that he didn't want to put too much work into it and that it would be easier for him to offer without a financing condition. As the process progressed, problems began to pile up. No longer knowing which house had been viewed. Incorrectly informing about bids and what was most egregious was strongly advising against the highest bids because they wouldn't be high enough while already being 25% above the asking price. Having to repeatedly insist in order to convince Mr. Smit to make an offer against his will because it would 'cost him work'. Afterwards, after making a bid, despite repeated attempts to contact him by phone and WhatsApp, all forms of response ceased. It was very disappointing to hear through others for what price the house went away and that if Mr. Smit had properly informed us and actually made the offer we did, we could have bought this house. What was even more frustrating was that no explanation or apologies were given for this unprofessional behavior. This lack of responsibility and transparency is unacceptable in an industry where reliability and communication are crucial. We deeply regret the collaboration and hope to protect others from a collaboration where such disrespectful and careless treatment occurs.
