Despite their initial impression, they failed to deliver the promised proposal within the agreed timeframe – without any feedback or explanation. I even waited longer, awaiting an answer, but that never came. Although unforeseen circumstances may have caused the delay, good communication and professionalism are crucial. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up has led me to choose another agency. I would not recommend it based on this experience.

Keizerkroon Real Estate was the best real estate agency I have been allowed to work with during the period of 3 months that I searched for an apartment in Amsterdam! I am a first-year bachelor student without my own income, so you can imagine how difficult it was to find an apartment in AMSTERDAM (the city that absolutely has a housing problem) that also met my expectations. Keizerskroon is a very professional realtor. Tight process and the result are very nice tenants.

You'd better go there with a good budget, otherwise they'll laugh at your back out loud while you wait politely for an advisor, make jokes in Dutch because they think you don't understand, and sweat the money out. I had found several properties online within my budget, but because I am French, I wanted to go through a real estate agency so that they could help me with my approach. The realtor from this agency assured me that thanks to his years of experience, I couldn't get anything for this price. Is he aware of the new laws in effect regarding real estate? When I showed him the available properties, he tried to make something up, telling me it was the wrong price and that he sometimes asked for more, or whatever... Place to escape!

Few proactive real estate agents at the office. I had to constantly call Stefan myself instead of him keeping me informed. The text on Funda was incorrect, and I had to chase after it. A last-minute viewing was scheduled, which didn't actually take place. Door not properly locked after the viewing, lights left on etc. Never neatly discussed the progress of the purchase process and no honest conversation when it turned out that their estimate of the selling price was inaccurate. Good communication is essential for trust, and that was lacking.

Completely unprofessional, we arranged a viewing for an apartment, they called to cancel at the last minute with a ridiculous excuse, which was a lie since the apartment had already been rented.
