My personal experience is very bad and I will not recommend them personally. In my case, we found their approach inappropriate when we contested that they charged us a substantial amount upon check-out without any discussion or agreement with us, stating the reason for the house not being clean. However, no such important remark was made during the check-out inspection. The house was thoroughly cleaned. Upon check-in, they sent an inspection report stating that everything was clean. However, there were many places where it wasn't clean and we mentioned this in the check-in report, but we felt that this was not taken into account at check-out. At check-out, our deposit was not refunded within a month. Ultimately, after multiple reminders when it was eventually refunded, high cleaning costs were charged, while in our opinion the house was sufficiently clean and handed over cleaner than upon check-in. When we pointed out that the check-in report mentioned that the house wasn't completely clean, this was not taken into account. We felt terrible about the experience and felt it didn’t add up. I certainly will not recommend them.

De verhuurder besloot ook om wat extra willekeurige dingen in rekening te brengen, zoals een paar instructieboekjes waarvan hij ons beschuldigde dat we ze hadden meegenomen. Alleen lagen deze boekjes in een kast in de keuken. Wilde hij ons in ieder geval dit geld teruggeven? Helemaal niet. Absoluut, zonder discussie, illegaal. We hebben een advocaat van de woonbond geraadpleegd, alle correspondentie en alles wat stap voor stap is gebeurd, gedeeld. Ze bevestigden dat niets van wat ze deden legaal was. Nadat we hadden aangeboden dat bedrag te betalen, moesten we om bonnetjes vragen van wat de verhuurder daadwerkelijk voor die nieuwe spullen had betaald, en dat was zelfs nog minder. Hij had ze bij Action gekocht en was voor de allergoedkoopste gegaan, dus hij greep de kans om er wat winst op te maken. We hebben er toch mee ingestemd om dat bedrag te betalen, gewoon om er maar snel vanaf te zijn. Dus waar hebben ze het hier eigenlijk over? Ze schamen zich absoluut niet. Tapijt? Welk tapijt? Er lag geen tapijt over die verdomde krassen. Dat laat zien dat ze ook te kwader trouw zijn. Ik hoef er duidelijk niets aan toe te voegen om mijn punt te maken. Eind augustus verliet ik het appartement waar ik samen met een huisgenoot woonde. Het makelaarskantoor kwam langs voor een inspectie en bevestigde dat de woning in bijna perfecte staat verkeerde. Vervolgens stelden ze 31 mei voor als datum voor de eindinspectie. Een van de makelaars kwam langs en zei dat hij de inspectie niet kon afronden omdat er spullen in het appartement waren achtergebleven, waardoor de staat van de woning niet te vergelijken was met de begin- en eindinspectie. De woning was zo schoon als maar mogelijk was, zelfs voor iemand die een dag vrij had genomen om de woning schoon te maken waar ik de afgelopen 3 jaar had gewoond. Mij werd verzekerd dat ik de sleutels aan het eind van de dag in de deur had kunnen laten zitten en dat ze de inspectie de volgende dag zouden afronden. Kortom... Ze hebben me een extra huurdag in rekening gebracht en bijna achthonderd euro aan extra schoonmaakkosten, die niet op de factuur stonden vermeld en de inhouding van de borg niet rechtvaardigden. Bovendien hebben ze de borg een week te laat uitbetaald, in tegenstelling tot wat in het contract stond, en de kosten direct van de borg afgetrokken. We gaan een rechtszaak aanspannen om ons geld terug te krijgen, maar het is goed om ze de credits te geven die ze verdienen. Pas op met het huren van een appartement via dit bureau! We hebben een appartement via dit bureau gehuurd en de resultaten waren vreselijk schadelijk en vervelend. Twee dagen voor het einde van ons huurcontract hebben we, conform de huurvoorwaarden, een gezamenlijke en uitgebreide inspectie van 40 minuten van de hele woning gehad.
