We searched for quite a long time to find a good real estate agent in Amsterdam for our house in Oud-Zuid, and we had several ‘traditional’ agents come by (in suits, arrogant, with an insanely high commission and you also have to pay for the photos yourself). Ultimately, we found Micha through connections, and we were able to sell our house with great satisfaction. Micha is everything you look for in a real estate agent: he communicates/switches quickly, is knowledgeable, and has a clear (all-inclusive) pricing policy (including a fantastic 3D tour). Micha is a professional who is always ready for you. He tries to be present at every viewing and also has the flexibility to assist you outside of Amsterdam. Even after buying a house, he still advises you on things like the VvE. In addition, we found it very nice that we knew exactly where we stood regarding costs.
