It's been a year now, but I realized that I hadn't written a review at all. For Joost, I am happy to pick up my pen because he is truly a great broker! He perfectly guided the entire process of buying my first house from beginning to end, immediately understood what I was looking for and was critical when needed. Joost knows every corner of Oost, you have to go with him!

Joost is a really great realtor. He is knowledgeable, both technically and procedurally. He helped me with the sale of my apartment. Something that didn't seem too complex to me beforehand, but which turned out to involve much more fine-tuning and timing. He has a good view of the market and really knows what he's talking about. Truly very pleasant how he guides you through such a process, which you don't go through every day. Finally, he is particularly honest and funny too. It's starting to get a bit boring, but I can’t help but give him 5 stars. Really can’t think of anything he didn’t do optimally.

It's not easy to find a real estate agent who is as good as Joost. After having looked myself and (years ago) had contact with other agents, I know how difficult it is to navigate the process of buying a house, but working with Joost is so simple that I am still shocked. He was ahead of all deadlines we set, I got my keys months before I realistically expected it to happen, I found my dream place - great location, great size, great price and everything in record-breaking timing, I couldn't really ask for more... but I did get more. When I had paperwork issues, Joost helped with that too and solved problems that I wouldn’t have been able to solve myself, and I heard from others that their agents didn’t help them with such things. So - if you want the best options to get a place you will like, I would go for Joost and I would wait a while if there is a waiting list.
