Joost is a really great realtor. He is knowledgeable, both technically and procedurally. He helped me with the sale of my apartment. Something that didn't seem too complex to me beforehand, but which turned out to involve much more fine-tuning and timing. He has a good view of the market and really knows what he's talking about. It is not easy to find a real estate agent as good as Joost. After I myself looked for one and (years ago) came into contact with other real estate agents, I know how difficult it is to navigate the process of buying a house, but Joost made it so easy that I am still amazed. He was ahead of all the deadlines we had set, I got my keys months earlier than I realistically expected, I found my dream house - great location, great size, great price and all that in record time. I couldn't have wished for more... but I did get even more. When I had problems with the administration, Joost also helped me there and solved problems that I myself could not have resolved. I've also heard from others that their real estate agents did not help them with that. So - if you want the best options to find a house you are completely in love with, I would choose Joost and wait a bit longer if there is a waiting list.
