The contact went very well. The information regarding selling the house was good. Advice was given to hire someone to freshen up the house. It is impossible to estimate whether that made the sale faster/better. The office sent me an email to confirm the contract, and I only discovered after 2 weeks that this email had disappeared from my inbox.
