For several years now, we have been using Makelaarshuis Zaanstad for the rental of our homes in Amsterdam. Ruud and Chanel are very professional and, in addition to good advice, the rentals also go very quickly. They rented out 2 properties for us in just 2 weeks two months ago. All tenants are serious people because they are carefully selected. We have been renting for a long time and have never come across such a good real estate agency.

They found a house for me and helped me move in quickly. Although I couldn't reach them occasionally during the process, it generally went smoothly.

I came to the Netherlands in mid-May and Chanel helped me find a house in mid-June. Although I can only move on August 1st, I am very happy that I have found a suitable house in a very overheated rental market. Chanel is very good and can make an appointment to view the house. She also helps me pay attention to small details during the viewing. My colleague has already found a house through Chanel and all my colleagues recommend/praise her.

Initially, I was very satisfied with the provider. Only later was I deceived by the owner regarding the refund due to me. I understand that Makelaarhuis is paid by the owner of the unit, and that's the problem. You hear phrases like: 'here in the Netherlands we do it this way'. Totally incorrect statement. Know your rights and operate within the rules of the country, and not the words of the rental broker.
