I know it doesn't have much to do with the company in general, but I wanted to share this somewhat unpleasant experience. We were driving over one of the drawbridges in Haarlem and had the window open. At some point, a company van drove past at full speed and sprayed all the water on us. I hope it was a misunderstanding, but I wanted to share my experience.

A very reliable company, where we rented our new office. We are particularly pleased with the contact regarding maintenance. Kirsten, who takes care of things for us here, is worth these 5 stars on her own. She is always reachable during the week and has always had problems solved and executed professionally within the same week. Very happy with them!

The real estate agent was very involved in everything and extremely helpful! I would definitely approach them again if we were to sell or buy.

Pleasant, solid, respectable, reliable, not too expensive realtor who knows the market well. Thinks along with you. Simply do a good job, relieves burdens. Say what they (will) do and do what they say. Keep their appointments. Not a hair on my head that thinks about switching to another realtor. I can wholeheartedly recommend Heule.

Terrible rental company

Terrible, unfriendly and unhelpful greedy property management company. If you can avoid them as the manager of the apartment you rent, do not hesitate.

Spoke with a Mrs. Christa today, what an impolite woman. And she should have the best property managers?! I recommend another role...

Must call back multiple times and takes no action.

They have been renovating a building next to us for a year now. Terrible amount of disruption and mess. No communication, they simply don't care about the neighbors.

Not cool people. The appointment is not about spamming unsolicited advertising and definitely not in a mailbox with a NO-NO sticker!

Rude staff, very bad service.

Schade aan ons gebouw door het niet verwijderen van bamboe uit de tuin van het aangrenzende gebouw, wat gebeurde terwijl zij eigenaar van het gebouw waren. Bovendien namen ze na herhaaldelijke correspondentie en telefoontjes geen verantwoordelijkheid om actie te ondernemen, waardoor we genoodzaakt waren juridische stappen te ondernemen.

One of the most unpleasant experiences ever had with a realtor here. The secretary was incredibly rude, and didn't seem to understand that her salary is paid by the customers she treats so roughly. The second lady we spoke with was fortunately able to provide service politely.

Ze willen niet dat je je contracten begrijpt of vragen stelt. Er stonden een paar ongebruikelijke dingen in het voorgestelde contract, dus ik heb ook een professional gevraagd naar de lokale wetgeving en wat de gevolgen voor mij zouden zijn. Nadat ik dit bedrijf had gevraagd of er één zin verduidelijkt of gewijzigd kon worden (maar ook dat ik zonder wijzigingen zou tekenen), schreven ze me een beledigende e-mail waarin ze zeiden dat mijn waarden duidelijk niet overeenstemmen en dat ik respectloos en onbetrouwbaar was. Vervolgens kun je ze na 11.00 uur 's ochtends niet eens bellen en bellen ze je ook niet terug op je e-mails om te kijken of er een misverstand was.
