We feel extremely well supported by Anne van Max de Makelaar. Anne immediately saw the situation: a great house in a more difficult market segment. His 'first time right' approach took a bit longer but paid off immediately in one go; lots of viewings, many offers and a great selling price. Anne guided us with patience, empathy and professionalism through the entire sales process. That was also one go good!

We needed a buyer's agent within 12 hours. Through our network, we came across Max. 'Well, we'll just measure for the door and then have coffee.' After the viewing, during the coffee, saying about a next viewing: 'You must surely have something better to do, this is nothing.' We went anyway and he was right. It was completely nothing.
