'I had the worst experience of my life when I rented a property through this company in 2021. From the beginning, it was a nightmare. An extra item was listed on the Funda property listing for €100, which was only mentioned in the English description. It seemed like an additional charge for expats. Luckily, my Dutch housemate managed to persuade them to remove it. During the check-in process, they didn't take any photos or fill out paperwork to document the condition of the property and even tried to charge us almost €400 to switch tenants in the contract, which is ridiculous. During checkout, they had us sign a form stating that the apartment was in excellent condition, but later informed us that they found several issues and didn't want to return our deposit for nearly two months. Honestly, it would have been better to burn our money than to work with these sharks.'

I would not recommend this agency. Unreliable and unreliable when it comes to signing a contract and getting your deposit back.
