I had the worst experience of my life in 2021 renting a property through this company. From the beginning, it was a nightmare. The property advertisement on Funda had an extra item of 100 euro, which only appeared in the English description. It seemed like an additional amount for expats. Luckily, my Dutch roommate managed to convince them to remove it. During check-in, they didn't take any photos or fill out paperwork to document the condition of the property. They even charged us almost 400 euros to change the tenants in the contract, which is ridiculous. During checkout, they signed a form stating that the apartment was in excellent condition, but later informed us that they had found some defects and would not return our deposit until nearly two months later. Frankly, it would have been better to burn our money than to do business with these sharks.

I would not recommend this agency. Unreliable and unreliable when it comes to signing a contract and getting your deposit back.
