Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld over hoe de bezichtigingen door dit bureau worden afgehandeld. Ik had een specifiek tijdslot toegewezen gekregen, dat ik heb bevestigd. Bij aankomst bij de woning bleek de makelaar echter niet aanwezig te zijn. Toen ik belde, kreeg ik te horen dat hij eerder was vertrokken. Dit niveau van onprofessioneel gedrag is onacceptabel.
