Do not trust brokers from this company when buying a house. In our case, the broker sold us the house and confirmed the sale. Afterwards, he accepted higher bids for two days and cancelled the sale by saying that we could offer € 50,000 more and then the apartment would be ours (while it had already been sold to us). No law was broken, but as you have read above: an extremely unprofessional and dirty move. I advise you not to buy a house from this agency.
