I recently rented a property in Amsterdam through Oi Housing. I lived in London when I was looking for a property and therefore couldn't view the property in person. I relied on the photos and videos on the Oi Housing website, and when I finally arrived at the apartment, it was exactly as depicted online (and even better). Be careful with this agency, the owner is dishonest: my friend and I visited a house that we had applied for and handed over the requested documents. Afterwards, we received written confirmation from this person stating that we had been selected and that we could stop searching because he would send us the contracts the next day. The next day passed without news, so I took the liberty of sending a small reminder to ultimately receive an email stating that finally a better profile had been selected...
It was super fast and easy to rent our apartment via Oei Housing! We were able to arrange everything completely online, including all the facilities, and within a few days all the paperwork was settled. The apartment looks even better than in the video and we are very happy with it 😊 …
