I recently rented an apartment in Amsterdam through OEI Housing. I was living in London when I was looking for a property, so I couldn't view the apartment. I relied on the photos and video on OEI Housing's website, and when I finally visited the apartment, it was exactly as shown online (and even better). Alwin was a great help throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend OEI Housing.

Be careful with this agency, the owner is dishonest: my friend and I visited a house that we had applied for and handed over the requested documents. Afterwards, we received written confirmation from this person stating that we had been selected and that we could stop searching because he would send us the contracts the next day. The next day passed without news, so I took the liberty of sending a small reminder to ultimately receive an email stating that finally a better profile had been selected...
It was super fast and easy to rent our apartment via Oei Housing! We were able to arrange everything completely online, including all the facilities, and within a few days all the paperwork was settled. The apartment looks even better than in the video and we are very happy with it 😊 …
