Stay away. They are rude, unprofessional and slow. And disrespectful. There are certainly other real estate services in Amsterdam and you do not need Parker & Williams.

I would, if possible, give a negative review. These are very unfair and unethical people who represent similar landlords. You have been warned.
Stay away!!! They were greedy, not transparent and tried to squeeze money out of us in every possible way. The agency managed our cash register from a rented apartment. They rejected our requests for a pre-check (where we wanted to be sure that we would meet their expectations regarding cleaning etc.), and then tried to charge us 3k (!!!) for cleaning and repainting two walls. We refused and brought in our own professionals for a third of the price, but then they charged us for the extra days, although they had never said anything about it before, and they had stored building materials in the apartment all the time.

Hielke van Parker & Williams is proactive, provides clear advice; for example, how to style the house to take optimal photos, or which selling price to use. He is a sounding board in all phases of the sale. He perfectly guided the sale itself and the house was sold quickly and to our satisfaction to a lovely new owner.
A house purchased, with Parker & Williams as the selling real estate agent. Service and accessibility are far to be desired. To get things done, you have to go to extremes. Delivered documents relating to the VVE (homeowners association) are outdated. The house is not sold as it appears in the photos. After submitting the bid, the beautiful wooden floor from the photos is not present under the laminate flooring. Window frames that were neatly painted on the inside (fresh paint according to our painter) are so rotten you can stick your finger in them. The painting work that was supposed to take place in the spring (with signature and date of the seller) will not be done after all. In fact, there isn't even money for painting work. Moreover, the “healthy” VVE from the advertisement on funda turns out to save less than 0.5 percent (the legal minimums) and have in the cash reserve. Requested solutions multiple times and suggestions were made, but just like after the purchase, they are also poorly accessible now, and as a customer you can just drop dead! It was of course reported during the final handover. The notary made a note. I emailed them again today, but I don’t expect much response. Hopefully the report here and on funda will do something, although I don't expect much; if things are different, I will certainly report that.
This company regularly commits fraud. We rented an apartment and they acted as an intermediary and pretended to be a management company. As soon as they received their money from the initial deposit, they disappeared. Heilke and Rutger are fraudsters who will cost you your money. I have a large file with evidence that has been submitted to the Tax Authority, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and the Information Service. I strongly advise against using this agency for real estate in the Netherlands.

Unfortunately, the agency rented me an apartment that constantly needed to be repaired and I even ended up with water damage, and the landlord only fixed it three months later. The worst thing is that they only work for the landlord and are not objective at all. This agency even allowed the landlord to charge me 600 euros for ''cleaning costs'', which is blatant abuse. I left the apartment in standard condition, nothing was broken. And the agency didn't support me at all; they let the landlord charge me 600 euros, even though they knew it was a complete lie. I have never been so disappointed with a rental company in my life as I am with Parker Williams and I have traveled extensively. It’s not about the money, but about the experience. And I see that others have shared similar negative feedback, including those about the representatives. So definitely look for another rental agency if you can
Went for a viewing, but no one showed up. I called their office and was told the appointment had been cancelled. However, no SMS or email was sent to inform me. He agreed with me that they needed to treat their customers better.

Highly recommend this service. I had just missed an apartment that I liked, due to the competitive nature of the Amsterdam rental market you have to be very quick. Kim at Parker & Williams was excellent, she found a better apartment for me the next day in a great location. Everything arranged quickly and very helpful.

Last summer, we rented an apartment from this company. Everything and everyone was very unprofessional. We do not recommend this agency at all. We have since moved and found a new apartment with Property Manager Amsterdam and highly recommend them.
The employee Anna von Wolzogen Kühr is not aware of properly handling matters. She retroactively changes signed contracts with a pen, which is fraudulent. Also has not been very helpful in realizing necessary maintenance because she listens relatively much to the (in this case) particularly thrifty owner of the (somewhat outdated) property.
Anna von Wolzogen Kühr was the agent I spoke with and apparently she wasn't trained to work with clients. She didn't give me enough information, was completely unhelpful, and clearly assumed that I couldn't afford a place here in Amsterdam. It’s really a shame that someone who can’t be friendly or helpful actually works in customer service.

As a tenant, I must say that I am very satisfied with the apartment I rented in the old center of Amsterdam. Good communication and transparent contracts. Every problem with maintenance seems to be resolved within a day. Good service and top locations!
