They are well positioned in the market and on top of their game. No nonsense. Good and reliable advice. Accurate file management and clear, pleasant communication. As a (buying)seller you know exactly what to expect and what you can expect. In short, I would recommend this party to everyone!

We were accompanied by Hielke Struben. A nice real estate agent to work with! Enthusiastic, businesslike when needed, and unbiased in his approach. He knows how to find a pleasant balance between professionalism and personal involvement. That gives confidence! The result was there as well, moreover.

Stay away!!! They were greedy, not transparent and tried every possible way to get money out of us. The real estate office arranged our checkout from a rented apartment. They dismissed our requests for prior checks (to make sure we met their expectations with cleaning costs etc.) and then tried to charge us 3000 (!!!) for cleaning and repainting two walls. We refused and took our own professionals for a third of the price, but then they charged us for the extra days it took, even though they had never mentioned anything about that beforehand, and during all that time they had stored building materials in the apartment.

I have been working with Parker & Williams for a long time because they provide me with good tenants and offer me good advice. Furthermore, they are always easy to reach and available for consultation.

A house purchased, with Parker & Williams as the selling real estate agent. Service and accessibility are far to be desired. To get things done, you have to go to extremes. Delivered documents relating to the VVE (homeowners association) are outdated. The house is not sold as it appears in the photos. After submitting the bid, the beautiful wooden floor from the photos is not present under the laminate flooring. Window frames that were neatly painted on the inside (fresh paint according to our painter) are so rotten you can stick your finger in them. The painting work that was supposed to take place in the spring (with signature and date of the seller) will not be done after all. In fact, there isn't even money for painting work. Moreover, the “healthy” VVE from the advertisement on funda turns out to save less than 0.5 percent (the legal minimums) and have in the cash reserve. Requested solutions multiple times and suggestions were made, but just like after the purchase, they are also poorly accessible now, and as a customer you can just drop dead! It was of course reported during the final handover. The notary made a note. I emailed them again today, but I don’t expect much response. Hopefully the report here and on funda will do something, although I don't expect much; if things are different, I will certainly report that.

This company regularly commits fraud. We rented an apartment and they acted as an intermediary and pretended to be a management company. As soon as they received their money from the initial deposit, they disappeared. Heilke and Rutger are fraudsters who will cost you your money. I have a large file with evidence that has been submitted to the Tax Authority, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and the Information Service. I strongly advise against using this agency for real estate in the Netherlands.

Rutger accompanied us during the purchase of a house in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. The service was beyond expectations. Great support!! A real recommendation!

Unfortunately, the agency rented me an apartment that was constantly being repaired, and I even experienced a flood, and the landlord only fixed it three months later. The worst thing is that they only work for the landlord and are not objective at all. This agency even allowed the landlord to charge me 600 euros in 'cleaning costs,' which is pure nonsense. I left the apartment in normal condition, nothing was broken. And the agency didn't support me at all; they let the landlord charge me 600 euros, even though they know it’s a complete lie. I have never been so disappointed in my life with a rental company as Parker Williams, and I have traveled extensively. It's not about the money, but about the experience. And I see that others have shared similar negative feedback, including those about the representatives. So definitely look for another rental agency if you can.

I went for an inspection, but no one showed up. I called their office and found out that the appointment had been cancelled. However, no SMS or email was sent to inform me of this. He did agree with me that they should treat their customers better.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this service. I had just missed an apartment that I liked, because in the competitive Amsterdam rental market you have to be quick. Kim from Parker & Williams was fantastic, she found a better apartment for me the next day in a great location. Everything was arranged quickly and she was incredibly helpful.

Last summer we rented an apartment from this company. Everything and everyone was very unprofessional. We absolutely do not recommend this agency. We have since moved and found a new apartment with Property Manager Amsterdam and we can wholeheartedly recommend them.

The employee Anna von Wolzogen Kühr is not aware of properly handling matters. She retroactively changes signed contracts with a pen, which is fraudulent. Also has not been very helpful in realizing necessary maintenance because she listens relatively much to the (in this case) particularly thrifty owner of the (somewhat outdated) property.

Anna von Wolzogen Kühr was the agent I spoke with and apparently she is not trained to deal with customers. She wouldn't give me enough information, was totally unhelpful and clearly assumed that I couldn't afford to buy a house in Amsterdam. It's really a shame that someone who can't be friendly or helpful actually works in customer service.

As a tenant, I must say that I am very satisfied with the apartment I rented in the old center of Amsterdam. Good communication and transparent contracts. Any maintenance problems seem to be resolved within a day. Good service and top locations!
