This review has been expanded following the reaction to the original review. I used the perfect house to rent a houseboat for a year, and dealt with Jasper. I am deeply disappointed by the behavior and attitude I experienced, which I found unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly. I would not recommend them. In response to the answer to my review above; About two weeks ago you offered the opportunity to sit down and talk to reach a solution. I immediately responded with dates and times when I was available and an offer to seek others if those were not suitable: I have yet to receive a reply to that. I also asked for some compassion by releasing part of my deposit so that I could pay it for my new apartment. Again, I received no response: only thanks to the compassion of my new landlord and her willingness to allow me to spread my deposit over two months did I not end up in a difficult financial situation. The cost of replacing the damage to the boat (which I did not cause) cannot possibly amount to even 50% of my deposit. I would love nothing more than to resolve this situation. Over to you.
