Actually, everything went smoothly. Jasper and his colleagues took care of everything regarding the sales and were always good and approachable by phone or whatsapp. My apartment was very popular, which caused the requests to pour in. The perfect House remained always good at contact about how best to streamline and put it on the right track. All viewings were handled neatly and also all offers clearly and clearly communicated.

This review has been extended in response to the reaction to the original review. I have rented a houseboat for a year through The Perfect House. I have contacted Jasper. I am deeply disappointed with the behavior and attitude that I experienced. I found them unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly. I would not recommend them. In response to the reaction to my above review: More than two weeks ago you offered me the opportunity to sit down and talk in order to find a solution. I immediately replied with dates and times when I was available and an offer to look for others if no one fit. I have not yet received a response to that. I also asked for sympathy by offering part of my deposit to help me with the payment of my new apartment. Again, I have received no response. It is only thanks to the sympathy of my new landlord and her willingness to allow me to split my deposit over two months that I have not ended up in a difficult financial situation. The costs for replacing the damage to the boat (which I did not cause) can in no way even amount to 50% of my deposit. I would like nothing more than to resolve this situation. The word is with you.
