They are incredibly stubborn people who do not care about the well-being and satisfaction of their customers (in my case, students) and are purely driven by profit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Please never in your life go into the sea with Recourt Makelaars in Amsterdam. They absolutely have no integrity and don't know the word decency! I hear over the phone “I can’t understand that you have a girlfriend” from the supervisor Herman Boersen! Because I DID put my new phone number under my cancellation email, but because you didn’t adjust that in the system, and it is MY fault that you are ALMOST standing in front of a closed door? I receive an email that the supervisor is on his way to my house, and my 1st reaction is immediately; call, I don't want anyone to stand in front of a closed door, because YES I work during the day. Something Mr. Boersen can’t understand. It’s truly unbelievable. I have never experienced being treated like this with your customers in business!

Can't do anything about it, they're just a bunch of idiots.

Rude and ill-mannered group of people. They have no respect for someone's time and effort. If they make an appointment with you, they don't come, even if you call three times to confirm. As a former tenant with them, they didn't honor their contract, they give you no money back, and they repair nothing. Beware, they are scammers.
