Avoid at all costs. The company is unreliable and misleading. We were forced to pay a private mediation fee (€3200) to the broker just to be allowed to enter the apartment, while we had a signed contract. (Which is illegal) We are now almost 2 months out of our contract and there is no sign that the deposit has been returned or any actual help from them. Excuses and avoidance, terrible service and dishonest people working.
