SCAMMERS!!! We were looking for rental properties and ended up in a place with black mold. If you know the Netherlands, you know that mold is reasonably normal. HOWEVER, the property we rented through Roelofs was so severely affected THAT I WASN'T SICK FOR A YEAR. Bedridden. We even stopped using the second bedroom because every time we walked inside we had to sneeze and cough. Eventually, I did a mold/moisture test and it was at the highest number the machine could reach. Our landlord gaslighted us and specially painted over the mold. After we finally got out of that deadly trap, we received nothing back from our deposit, despite having left the house a month earlier. Honestly save your money and time and rent somewhere else. All properties they offer are of low quality and there is no care for the tenant. A bunch of scammers!
