Unclear/hidden costs My short experience with them wasn't the best, and as a result I wasted some time. I was looking for a buyer's agent and therefore contacted them to hear if they could help and at what rate. The reviews here and on funda seemed positive. I emailed them twice asking about the compensation structure, but they couldn't give me this before meeting each other in person. I went to their office as they requested, I explained what I was looking for. To my surprise, I still couldn’t get a price then (their process says that they will send it later by email / post, so they stick to that). Ultimately, they were clear and quickly said after the conversation that they could not help me, and they gave reasons for this: - I was interested in assistance with bidding on a property I found (but came too late to the party) => super valid (my fault) - the agent was going on vacation next week
