I have had very good contact with Björn and Melvin for many years. They handle their affairs well, communicate smoothly, and know a lot about the Amsterdam real estate market and surrounding areas. They were able to rent out my 2 apartments in Hydepark Hoofddorp quite quickly. In doing so, they didn't choose the fastest route but the safest one, resulting in neat tenants who pay on time every month. It has happened regularly that they advised me not to buy a particular real estate object due to its location, finishings, too high price per square meter, etc. So it is clearly not about short-term profit for them, but about building a sustainable and reliable relationship so that as a client you have no need to switch to another party.
