I cannot recommend Vincent van Good Guys highly enough! He absolutely tirelessly helped my husband and me at every step of our home search and was an incredible advocate for us at every turn. Without him, we would have made far worse choices and paid much more. He is also very kind. :) In phase one, he helped us find places that met our high, discerning standards, but he explained potential problems we might have overlooked, talked about what gives a house value over time so we could actually understand our investment - and he is clearly an expert.
