The broker didn't even recognize my name and also did not show up at the time I was scheduled to arrive. * When I tried to make a kind remark about my 5-minute delay, I was responded with 'But you made it, right?' * The broker deprived me of the opportunity to view the bathroom while they went inside to use the toilet!!! * When I asked one yes/no question about the glass of the windows, I received a very aggressive response: 'What do you think? What do you see?' with an angry face! This 1-star review was created after viewing the apartment, before any bid and experiencing this extremely negative and awful communication. The broker is making false accusations against me personally and this only reflects how far this broker is from professionalism. I am free to bid with any value that I think the property is worth and this broker should not publicly discuss this, but this is what to expect from this broker. Advice to this brokerage: improve your communication with potential buyers, do not use apartment facilities during a viewing, improve your communication again.
