Dear sir/madam, I bought a plot on 16 december 2022 and paid 361 euro for it. Afterwards I sent you an e-mail asking whether you could deliver the plot and what the costs would be. I never received an answer. After that, you auctioned my paid plot again in february 2023 and it was sold. I sent you multiple e-mails, but never received a reply. This is pure fraud!

Veilingen zijn over het algemeen behoorlijk duur geworden, met prijzen die soms beginnen bij de reguliere 'uitverkoopprijzen'. Je vindt er vrijwel nooit meer een koopje. En dan zijn de bezorgkosten ook nog eens belachelijk hoog.

After driving 50km I arrive at hall 1 for the first time and park there. Walking, I reach my pick-up address hall 2 and press the bell next to the door. A yellow vest ambles over and asks what I'm here to do. Why aren't you in your car and why aren't you waiting for your turn on the parking lot? Sir, I am here for the first time. Nothing to do with it, you are picking up a painting, did you bring the invoice with you? No, those other papers like pick-up notifications etc., I have nothing about that. No, not even your identification card. Don't you even have the BVA app on your mobile? I’m just going home. Then a friendly young lady in black with a BVA logo appears. What is your name sir, she looks at her cell phone. 'a painting, I'll pick that up for you.' Five stars for this lady zero for the yellow vest.

I have visited this location several times before, but then for collection transactions of BVA-Auctions, but now I came for a collection transaction Trooswijk-Auctions / auctions. Now I understood that the two auction houses have merged or have close partnerships, but in this case it was a bit confusing because this was the first time I had bid on the auction site of Troostwijk and here no mention is made of BVA, and that’s also exactly what bothers me at the location, no communication or clearly indicated where you need to be (BVA Estate?) everything runs a little through each other in terms of branding and communication and it's not clear. Those organizational matters are therefore unclear to the regular customer. I asked the receptionist at the main building where I needed to be and she pointed me to a warehouse. It would therefore be nice if one also indicates where you need to be and the visitor also gets a welcome feeling.

Fantastic company, I have been a lot buyer of parcels for many years. The location in Amersfoort is easy to reach by car and there are enough parking spaces if you want to view or collect parcels. Unfortunately, the development of the auction website in recent years has increasingly focused on the sale of regular products (from other companies that use the bva-auctions platform). It therefore looks more and more like a; Amazon, Bol.com,Blokker,Wehkamp..... and you quickly pay the normal retail prices and lose the charm of bidding for a nice price. I have never been in favor of the automotive auctions, I hate 'after client assignment'

You don't need to be here for the cosiness and friendliness. Certainly not during the coronavirus. We absolutely have no complaints about the products and prices.
Good and friendly staff. We were half an hour too early to pick up an item and still received immediate assistance. Back on our way home in 10 minutes. Great!
