We had a viewing planned for a house, on the day of the viewing no one showed up. When we called the real estate agent they said that the house was already sold and that they had tried to contact us to cancel this appointment. We were not contacted hereabout, no email, no message, only a (presumably) missed call where nobody answered when we called back. Unprofessional for a company with a “positive mindset”

Lisanne helped me sell my house in De Pijp. For me, it was the first time I had sold a house, so everything was new and exciting. She really helped me and guided me through the entire process. Lisanne is definitely a very nice person. She thinks carefully about how to best present the property during viewings, came to the property a little earlier each time to straighten things up, and called me after each day to give me a recap of how everything had gone. When my house was sold (for an amazing amount), Lisanne helped the buyer (who didn't have a real estate agent) with the entire purchase process. That was very nice for him, but also for me because it ensured that everything went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend Lisanne and Visch & van Zeggelaar to everyone when you want to hand everything over and be sure of a good amount for the sale of your house!

We are very disappointed with our experience renting through this agency. They insisted that we sign the rental agreement before the apartment was actually ready, resulting in us living in various uninhabitable rooms for five months. Although a small discount on the rent was offered, this did not reflect the extent of the inconvenience, stress and lack of safety we experienced. Even now, we are still arranging all coordination with the contractors they hired. These contractors have consistently been unreliable and unprofessional. The quality of the work is poor, many finishes were cheaply executed and some pose a real safety risk, particularly concerning the electrical installation. It felt less like being tenants and more like managing a renovation project. Unfortunately, we are not the only renters who have had this kind of experience with this agency. If we could do it again, we would not choose to work with them again. We strongly advise others to be cautious. It is truly unfortunate.

I had a terrible experience with this office and I am deeply shocked by their complete lack of customer service. As a former real estate agent, I can't understand how such ignorance can exist in an industry where professionalism should be a priority. The communication with them is bad and I felt, despite numerous emails and phone calls, completely unnoticed. Yesterday, it was promised that I would be called back, but to my surprise, that did not happen. It is clear that they have little respect for their customers and I would not recommend them to anyone. 'Busy' is no excuse. Sjors and his team were strongly recommended by two colleagues of mine who they helped with the purchase of houses. We had a fantastic time with them. I have never before experienced such an extremely arrogant form of communication when simply asking questions regarding the rental of a home. Cherise van den Akker has made renting a home impossible for me. According to her, I was not eligible for any of the 173(!) homes. Not because my finances were not in order, but because I asked some questions. Cherise prefers tenants who do not ask questions but blindly sign. You just have to have people like that walking around in your company, a detriment to the business name.

Rosalie is a modern and skilled real estate agent with good connections. The property was sold quickly for a price that exceeded our expectations.

I had an appointment this morning at 09:15 to view a house, confirmed by both an email from the real estate agent and an email from move.nl. I traveled all the way from Rotterdam to be on time, but the agent didn't show up. When I called the agent, they stated that there was no appointment at 9:15 in their system.

Lisanne is a real pleasure to work with. She arranged the viewing of the apartment we were moving out of at a time that suited us. She responded very quickly and was friendly!

Communication is certainly not the strongest point of this real estate agency. Held on a string for 10 weeks for an apartment that is rented out at the last minute to an expat family. I find it barely professional. When being asked to be kept informed, it's the client who has to make an effort to find out what the status of the apartment is. Five times it was initially denied that the requested documents had not been received while they did arrive in my private email on cc (very strange). After the fifth time, Mrs. admitted that she had indeed received them. Then there were renovations for which no indication of timing was given. Fine, we have patience. 3 weeks later, after the renovation, the apartment was rented to the next family without any communication. Of course, I had to find this out myself. The phone is not answered and the only respect that Mrs. could muster was an SMS. I repeatedly tried to contact them for some explanation, but received no response. I decided to call the real estate agency after which a friendly colleague did take the time to listen to me, but unfortunately he could do nothing now. Besides the fact that this is very annoying for us, the nature of this review is how unprofessional they acted during these 10 weeks. I expected more from such a real estate agency.
