Poor communication and a lack of solution-oriented approach. Our appointment was allegedly cancelled, but I never received an email about this at the usual email address where all contact took place, including the appointment confirmation. It was also claimed that an SMS had been sent, but it cannot be found anywhere. When I expressed my disappointment to Omid and tried to find out where things went wrong, I was told they didn't want to investigate this and that I was simply unlucky. No effort to find a solution. Very disappointing experience, absolutely not recommended!

Our experience with Gisele Nader lasted 3-4 weeks. Initially, she showed knowledge and clarity in her explanation of the purchasing process. However, her unprofessional behavior in later phases made us doubt the actual value of a collaboration with her: - Lack of professionalism: During her vacation, Gisele's colleague stepped in to help us view an apartment due to a tight schedule. Gisele subsequently informed us that neither she nor her colleagues would be available for future viewings, which led to termination of the service contract during bid preparation. Her unprofessional behavior and that of VK Makelaar ensured that we could not view the same apartment with another real estate agent, hindering our bid preparation, causing us to lose our dream apartment. - Lack of proactive viewings: We had to arrange viewings ourselves, and Gisele responded too slowly. We couldn't rely on her at all; she didn’t schedule any viewings for us. - Not aligned with our preferences: Despite clear communication about our desired search area, Gisele only sent us properties in areas we wanted to avoid. But don’t even expect recommendations for a property. When we reminded her of our wishes, she felt offended instead of trying to understand the needs of her client. - Failed to keep promises: Gisele did not view a house that she had promised to view, forcing us to make an offer without her advice on potential defects and renovation costs. None of her colleagues made the effort to desperately view the property we wanted to see. - Her speed and mentality are insufficient for the overheated market. She does the absolute minimum. She doesn’t give essential tips and tricks in the purchasing process, which were provided by our close network. Honestly, you'll find better real estate agents at lower costs.
