A very reliable company, where we rented our new office. We are particularly pleased with the contact regarding maintenance. Kirsten, who takes care of things for us here, is worth these 5 stars on her own. She is always reachable during the week and has always had problems solved and executed professionally within the same week. Very happy with them!

I know it doesn't have much to do with the company in general, but I wanted to share this somewhat unpleasant experience. We were driving over one of the drawbridges in Haarlem and had the window open. At some point, a company van drove past at full speed and sprayed all the water on us. I hope it was a misunderstanding, but I wanted to share my experience.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. They not only don't respond and are unprofessional, but they also do not respect their responsibility to maintain the common areas (hallways) for which we pay monthly. It’s theft and I sincerely hope everyone who reads this never has to deal with their behavior. My message to the company: be better. The lives of real people are in your hands and if you treat them poorly, that reflects on your values as an organization. Edit: Yes, this is meant for you. According to your website, both organizations operate under this address. I contacted via the email address you provided and the responses were extremely unprofessional. I can’t stress enough how shocked I am by the behavior of your so-called 'professionals'. Again, be better...

They have been renovating a building next to us for a year now. Terrible amount of disruption and mess. No communication, they simply don't care about the neighbors.

One of the most unpleasant experiences ever had with a realtor here. The secretary was incredibly rude, and didn't seem to understand that her salary is paid by the customers she treats so roughly. The second lady we spoke with was fortunately able to provide service politely.

Damage to our building due to the non-removal of bamboo from the garden of the adjacent building, which occurred while they were the owner of the building. Furthermore, they did not take responsibility to take action after repeated correspondence and phone calls, forcing us to take legal action.

They don't want you to understand your contracts or ask questions. There were a few unusual things in the proposed contract, so I also asked a professional about the local legislation and what the consequences for me would be. After I asked this company if one sentence could be clarified or changed (but also that I would sign without changes), they wrote me an offensive email in which they said my values clearly don't align and that I was disrespectful and unreliable. Afterwards, you can't even call them after 11:00 am in the morning and they also don't call you back on your emails to check if there was a misunderstanding. The rude treatment I've ever experienced. No interest in decent communication or problem solving. If you have questions, you're a bother. Very unprofessional!
