The Willemspark O.G. team is driven, sharp on details in the preparation (e.g., having a glass plate balcony made), to the point, skilled and knows how to achieve the desired result with proper communication! Of course, they know the Amsterdam market well. They create the right conditions around viewings (she kindly stops jumping kids on the neighbor's trampoline for the afternoon showings). Good negotiators and also look at the quality of the buying party and advise on the choice of a good notary.
This is the best real estate agent in Amsterdam! We wanted to buy a house 26 years ago and went crazy with the offers from a real estate agent. There was absolutely no consistency in that.
