I had the same experience as Stefan described in one of the reviews about this real estate agency. Here is my recent experience: 1. They are reachable by phone between 10.00 and 13.00. However, in two weeks I have called them regularly and never got anyone on the line. 2. If you are assigned an apartment, you must pay €75 to be eligible at all. And that's where the trouble begins. 3. You must 'start filling out the forms within 3 days'. But note: this means 'you must submit them within 3 days'. 4. Why didn't we submit them within 3 days? We had an unanswered email with a question about the apartment that was assigned to us. The answer only came on day 4. According to Noa, there is no valid reason (who receives so many 5-star reviews). 5. And the best part is: the building is not even finished yet! :D So we are burdened with arbitrary rules and deadlines for a building that we have to wait 3-5 months for. Stefan's reaction: At least, we got the €75 back. I think we have escaped a disaster. Be careful with Wooove. My current situation: I still haven't received the €75 deposit and according to the Wooove team, they were supposed to refund it this week. I really want to warn everyone about this company, because they are nothing but money grabbers with false promises. Below you see a screenshot of the update, including date and time.

Very fine and clear communication, smooth responses and quick action - this applies to everyone I spoke with, with a special mention for Carmen. More of a negative experience than a positive one. Reachable only by phone between 11 and half past 1, which is exceptionally bad for a moving company. What doesn't help is that communication via email is unclear, which often caused more confusion than clarification. In addition, I found the way of data collection to be very cumbersome and they asked for an enormous amount of information. The only positive thing about my experience is that they responded via email relatively quickly, but I didn't become much wiser from it.

Wooove works a lot with WijWonen/JW Vastgoed and is looking for tenants for them. Out of helplessness, I eventually also emailed Wooove, because I got no response anywhere else. Only from them did I get an answer, in which they stated that they could not mean anything for me. Understandable, but maybe they should ask themselves whether this is a partner they would want to associate their name with. I would definitely think twice before doing that. I have rented for 1.5 years from WijWonen/JW Vastgoed and am officially out since February 1st. The living itself was fine, but the prices and communication were absolutely not. Getting in touch with them is almost impossible, and the handling of the deposit feels like pure rent-seeking. Ending my tenancy turned out to be a challenge: only after repeatedly emailing did I get a response, and then it was suddenly claimed that my notice had not been received. Also, the instructions regarding painting the walls were vague and contradictory. During the mid-inspection, a list of points was given that I addressed, but during the final inspection suddenly new things came up. Without a chance to fix anything, the deposit was withheld, while the new tenants already got the keys ten minutes later. After February 1st, I received no confirmation or clarity about my deposit, despite multiple emails. Only halfway through March was it said that offers were being requested, and ultimately I received a bill of €450 excl. VAT for repainting two (!) holes. Absurd. As if that were not enough, I paid 1.5 years of rent for an indoor garden that was completely unusable – and I also get nothing back for that. No response, no consideration whatsoever. This feels like pure rent-seeking and swindling. In the end, I got my deposit back, minus the withheld amount – again without any substantive response to my questions. It would be nice if I received something in the way of consideration after this review, but there is zero trust. I advise everyone against renting here. And you're already living there and are going to leave soon? Sign nothing. Really an absurdly bad organization!

Hello Sanne, we understand your frustration from your point of view, as you yourself indicate this is a situation between you and the manager who has been appointed by the owner. So more relevant to also file a complaint there. Wooove rents out on behalf of various owners and the owner appoints the manager. Not Wooove. That things go wrong is very annoying and where it lies within our power we solve this. Again, we ask the manager to get in touch with you, but it is not such that the responsibility for handling your rental period lies with Wooove. Your recommendation not to rent from Wooove and to brand us as 'Incredibly bad organization' are therefore, from our point of view, misplaced.
