This is a second apartment in Amsterdam that I reluctantly had to sell (so thanks Hugo...) and it was a challenge to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. But through Your Home's approach, we got qualified viewings quickly and from there the sale followed immediately. Just like with the first sale, the process went smoothly from day 1, communication/feedback was quick and direct, and the handling of the paperwork was professional. Overall, therefore a big thumbs up for Your Home and all the people who contributed to this sale.

Response to Lody: The reason behind my review relates to the unprofessional manner in which communication is handled by phone. Your attitude came across as threatening, with the message that seeking legal assistance would be pointless. This does not align with our idea of a professional organization.

Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional. Hence 1 star. @Michael: I will briefly explain the problem to you: It's irrelevant whether my name is in your system or not. I don't know you. I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process. I received information from the notary instead of from you (information that you should actually provide). Do you want more or do you need more? I think my review is completely correct: 'Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional'.

Immature and irresponsible. Agent too childish for a profession where you have to deal with people's wealth.

This real estate agency sold my house for a lower price than expected. I asked the Maaklerij to arrange a difficult sale with two owners. I was treated with no respect at all.
