Dit is een tweede appartement in Amsterdam dat ik met tegenzin moet verkopen (dus bedankt Hugo...) en het was een uitdaging om de verkoop zo snel mogelijk rond te krijgen. Maar door de aanpak van Your Home kregen we snel gekwalificeerde bezichtigingen en daaruit volgde meteen de verkoop. Net als bij de eerste verkoop verliep het proces vanaf dag 1 vlekkeloos, was de communicatie/ feedback snel en direct en de afhandeling van het 'papierwerk' professioneel. Al met al dus een dikke pluim voor Your Home en alle mensen die meegewerkt hebben aan deze verkoop.

Response to Lody: The reason behind my review relates to the unprofessional manner in which communication is handled by phone. Your attitude came across as threatening, with the message that seeking legal assistance would be pointless. This does not align with our idea of a professional organization.

Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional. Hence 1 star. @Michael: I will briefly explain the problem to you: It's irrelevant whether my name is in your system or not. I don't know you. I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process. I received information from the notary instead of from you (information that you should actually provide). Do you want more or do you need more? I think my review is completely correct: 'Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional'.

Immature and irresponsible. Agent too childish for a profession where you have to deal with people's wealth.

The communication was really good, and swift. It was a simple and quick process, but we felt that during negotiation we could have received more guidance (even if we ended up buying the house)
