Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional. Hence 1 star. @Michael: I will briefly explain the problem to you: It's irrelevant whether my name is in your system or not. I don't know you. I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process. I received information from the notary instead of from you (information that you should actually provide). Do you want more or do you need more? I think my review is completely correct: 'Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional'.

This real estate agency sold my house for a lower price than expected. I asked the Maaklerij to arrange a difficult sale with two owners. I was treated with no respect at all. The notary who had a copy of my passport was chosen before signing, and I was not allowed to sign the sales documents for my house.
