Before the property went on sale, received good advice about what to do to the property for an optimal yield. Perfectly guided throughout the rest of the process. Good consultation beforehand about the strategy during the sales process and adjusted it at the right time. De Rooij makelaars realized a surprisingly high yield with that.
Very good contact and helpful, we still have to receive an invoice (price) after settlement hence a 1 for price/quality, would definitely recommend the broker
Contact initially took place with the broker and later very pleasantly with Julia (servicedesk/administration). She was knowledgeable and kept her appointments!! Especially in communication! It's a shame for De Rooij Makelaars that she changed jobs.

De Rooij Makelaars recently handled the sale of our house for us. Despite these hectic times in the housing market, our realtor, Danielle, took the time to guide us step by step through the entire process. Her communication style is direct but feels very familiar. In addition, the support from all colleagues at the office is a pleasant addition, so that all documentation was also handled quickly and well. Ik heb een vreselijke ervaring gehad! Ze hadden een bezichtiging voor het huis gepland, maar verhuurden het appartement vervolgens. Ze vergaten te bellen of te mailen om de afspraak te annuleren. Ik moest letterlijk twee uur heen en weer reizen om hier te komen. Ontzettend geïrriteerd en teleurgesteld!

You have to chase everything. I practically took on the entire process, all the work had to be done by me and then still make mistakes everywhere in almost all documents, late for the viewing. And then having the audacity to ask the full price. VERY DISSATISFIED!
