Fijne makelaar, houdt goed contact over alle zaken, denkt met je mee en haalt het onderste uit de kan voor je!

Zeer negatieve ervaring met Brantjes Makelaars (Corno Pronk) Ik heb recent een woning gekocht waarbij Brantjes Makelaars, en in het bijzonder Corno Pronk, de verkopend makelaar was. Helaas was dit een bijzonder negatieve ervaring. Corno Pronk heeft zijn rol naar mijn mening slecht uitgevoerd. Hij had de gebreken en erfdienstbaarheden van de woning onvoldoende uitgezocht en nam tijdens het proces geen verantwoordelijkheid om zaken helder en transparant toe te lichten. Waar je als koper (en waarschijnlijk ook als verkoper) hoopt op een constructieve en professionele afhandeling, maakte hij er juist een stroef en onnodig vervelend onderhandelingsproces van. Daarnaast neemt hij niet de tijd om de koopovereenkomst goed door te spreken. Bij vragen geeft hij ontwijkende antwoorden, bagatelliseert hij legitieme zorgen en doet hij alsof opmerkingen van de andere partij onzin zijn. Dit komt niet alleen onprofessioneel over, maar ondermijnt ook het vertrouwen in het hele proces. Wat een mooie volgende stap in zowel mijn leven als dat van de verkoper had moeten zijn, werd door zijn manier van werken onnodig onaangenaam. Ik zou Brantjes Makelaars en specifiek Corno Pronk daarom zeer zeker niet aanbevelen.
