I find this very unpleasant. When advertising my currently purchased home, they stated that there was a healthy homeowners association (VvE). Now, more than a year later, it turns out that is not the case. Very bad. Scammers, stay away from them.

Friendly broker who gave you the space to look around and answer questions. The disadvantage is that there were too many viewings scheduled, which meant you were in a house with more people at once. I had an appointment at the same time as someone else, not even 5 minutes inside and another candidate appeared. Other brokers do it properly by scheduling 15 minutes for you and not letting everyone come at the same time during these corona times. This is something that needs to be worked on, because I didn't feel comfortable.
