Ik heb met Sabine samengewerkt bij de aankoop van een huis. Ze was behulpzaam, attent en nam vanaf het begin de tijd om mijn behoeften te begrijpen. Sabine was transparant over haar diensten en bood gedurende het hele proces hoogwaardige ondersteuning. Ze besteedde veel aandacht aan belangrijke details zoals VVE-vereisten, leveringslogistiek en andere aspecten van de transactie. Het proces verliep vlekkeloos. Ik zou graag weer met haar samenwerken en zou haar aan anderen aanbevelen.

Als je een expat bent, overweeg dan NIET om zaken te doen met deze makelaars. Ik voel me niet vaak geroepen om reviews te schrijven na negatieve ervaringen; meestal negeer ik ze, maar vanaf het allereerste moment van mijn eerste contact wist ik dat dit geen prettige ervaring zou worden. Ik belde aanvankelijk om een ​​woning te bezichtigen die ze me te koop aanboden. Meteen werd ik geconfronteerd met vijandigheid, vragen en een algemene houding van: "Nou, je bent een expat, dus ik denk niet dat het geschikt voor je is." Ik werd gevraagd om de gegevens van mijn aankoopmakelaar te verstrekken, omdat ze liever met mijn makelaar contact hadden dan met mij (de koper). After I had confirmed a viewing by phone, no agent showed up. I had to call myself to find out the situation. Although the woman on the phone apologized for her colleague's mistake, it is still extremely unprofessional to miss a scheduled viewing, especially considering the fact that I had moved several client appointments for this. Given this experience, it doesn't surprise me that there are so many one-star reviews and I seriously doubt whether the high ratings are accurate at all.

During the orientation phase, CvdB proposed to sell our house for 30% below market value, a market value that had been achieved by another real estate agency upon successful sale. CvdB came across as rather arrogant and unreliable in dealing with a new potential client.
