Na het intake gesprek met Fabian waarin de randvoorwaardes en strategie werden besproken, de klantbenadering en uiteindelijke verkoop door Jack en de correcte administratieve afhandeling van Björn is alles zonder problemen afgerond, waarvoor dank!!🙏 😃

Tevreden kijken wij terug op de samenwerking met Fabian van Select Vakantievastgoed. Bij ons eerste contact had Fabian alle tijd voor ons en kregen we een duidelijke uitleg. We tekenden dan ook een aankoopbelofte onder voorbehoud. Fabian was steeds gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor verdere telefonische inlichtingen en een nieuwe afspraak. Uiteindelijk hebben wij - wegens privéredenen - een ontbinding van de aankoopbelofte gevraagd. Aangezien wij dit binnen de termijn van voorbehoud deden, was dit kosteloos voor ons. Spijtig genoeg dus geen vakantiewoning voor ons, maar de samenwerking met Select Vakantievastgoed blijft voor ons een positieve ervaring.

Wij hebben via Select Vakantievastgoed onze woning in Loosdrecht gekocht en kijken daar zeer tevreden op terug. Het traject verliep helder, professioneel en zonder verrassingen. Communicatie was snel en transparant, afspraken werden nagekomen en er werd actief meegedacht vanuit onze belangen. Wat vooral opviel was de kennis van de markt en de rust die werd gebracht in het proces. Dat gaf vertrouwen, zeker bij een aankoop als deze. Kortom: een betrouwbare partij die doet wat ze beloven.
