No good experience with this company as an appraiser. They easily got rid of the appraisal and then asked for the full amount. Due to the cursory assessment, the initial appraisal was also incorrect, causing us delays in the application process. Then they wanted the deed of ownership, original building drawings, and other notarial documents. We provided these in good faith and subsequently, these papers were sent back with standard mail. I would have expected this personally or registered but not in this way. What a disgrace to send such important documents by regular mail. This was normal, they said... I even wondered if I should also send the payment by ordinary mail with the risk that it might get lost, but oh well that would just be bad luck for them since they consider it normal. But since decent people do exist, we paid by bank transfer.
