Het contact verliep erg prettig, afspraken werden aangepast aan de dagen en tijden dat ik in Beekbergen was (erg handig als je uit Dordrecht moet komen). Tijdens de verkoop werd ik van iedere actie op de hoogte gehouden. Ook ná de verkoop kreeg ik alle hulp die nodig was om het huis leeg te ruimen. De kennis van de lokale partijen was daarbij heel nuttig. Heel erg tevreden!

Ik heb een zeer slechte ervaring met Wilbrink makelaardij. Ik had serieuze interesse in een woning die aangeboden werd door deze makelaar. Meerdere malen mijn interesse kenbaar gemaakt en geprobeerd een bezichtiging te plannen. Toen het uiteindelijk naar verschillende pogingen gelukt was werd de afspraak last minute afgezegd via de mail. Na een week nog niets gehoord te hebben heb ik een mail gestuurd met de vraag om er alsnog een afspraak kon worden gemaakt? En aangegeven dat ik het contact nogal onpersoonlijk vond, gevraagd of ze mij wilde bellen in een bezichtiging te plannen? Niets vernomen. Na een maand nogmaals een bericht gestuurd en wederom niets vernomen. Dit is nu ruim vier maanden geleden. Verwacht niet nog wat te horen. Jammer voor Wilbrink want overwoog bij het zien van de woning op Funda om mijn huidige woning bij hen in de verkoop te zetten. Daar peins ik nu niet meer over.
