Wij hebben een uitstekende ervaring gehad met Rick als makelaar. Hij kent de markt o.a. in Raalte goed en geeft deskundig advies. Het contact verliep soepel en hij was altijd makkelijk benaderbaar. Een betrouwbare en professionele makelaar die wij zeker aanraden!

Kennis en kunde zijn goed. Wat wij en anderen lastig vinden is het contact en met name de bereikbaarheid. Deze is duidelijk afgenomen ivm enkele jaren terug toen wij ook klant waren en duidelijk een punt wat verbetering behoeft. Wij waren niet zo te spreken over de gebruikte foto's en plattegrond van onze woning. Raar perspectief en plattegronden waren in zwart wit en klopten niet. Wij hebben betere voorbeelden gezien. Ook zaten er fouten in de advertentietekst zoals bv gasfornu…

Voelde ons een beetje misleid door de vraag prijs. Er was een andere woning in zijn assortiment die ongeveer het zelfde was kwa ruimte maar lastiger te verkopen en hij heeft hier ons niet over ingelicht. Snel, helder, betrouwbaar, bereikbaar en doortastend. Dat vat de werkwijze van Rick van Salland Makelaardij goed samen. Rick heeft me geholpen bij de aankoop van mijn huis in Zwolle in 2018. Ik had destijds al een veel bezichtigingen en biedingen gedaan, zonder aankoopmakelaar en met weinig succes. Ricks professionele, maar tegelijkertijd relaxte houding, maakten dat ik besloot Rick - destijds nog van Alex Makelaars - als aankoopmakelaar in de arm te nemen. Enkele weken daarna had ik een koophuis, dat door inmenging van Rick aangekocht kon worden voor het op Funda verscheen. Rick heeft het hele aankoopproces begeleid en dat verliep snel en vlot. Bij de aankoop van een nieuw huis in 2024 was het dan ook een no-brainer om Rick weer te bellen.
