My experience with Koetsenruyter Real Estate and in particular with Mr. Clemens Suijkerbuijk and his staff is decidedly positive. From the very first meeting to the sale of my apartment, everything went smoothly. Mr. Suijkerbuijk is well informed about supply and demand in the local market. He is honest in his discussions and has a realistic approach to reaching an excellent deal within a short timeframe. If I were to sell another apartment, I would choose Koetsenruyter Real Estate again without any doubt. In short, 5 stars for this professional company. Keep up the good work!

In response to Ms. Christel. As the selling party via this broker, I would like to state that Ms.'s reaction is completely exaggerated and not truthful. After the sale, Ms. initiated a discussion to have costs she herself incurred reimbursed. At the notary's office, it was emphatically verified that the purchase agreement was approved and that Ms. had every opportunity to inspect the property. She fully agreed with this. Now addressing the broker is a form of misplaced retaliation without reason. This broker is certainly flexible, and the given reaction is nonsense.

This broker is not flexible and doesn't think along with you either. They don't have enough information about their houses. If there are problems regarding the sale, they don't want to help you. I would never recommend this 'Broker'. They might as well file for bankruptcy how bad they are. They do not deserve a star.

Bad service! Had an appointment scheduled with realtor Kees Buijssen. Neatly on time for the viewing, after 10 minutes called to inquire where the realtor was. I was told that the house had already been sold, appointments canceled for nothing because of this. It would have been nice if this had been reported in a timely manner by phone or email.

The real estate agent advertises that they handle a good price, namely 1.8% commission, but they don't mention that it's excl. VAT?? Until you receive a hefty invoice when selling your house and ultimately pay more than 2% commission. So Attention Attention Reemax is the most expensive and worst real estate agent.

Simply Super! Johhny Mijs helped us enormously well. He has a lot of passion for his work. We were in a complicated situation with the housing construction. He doesn't shy away when things get difficult. Johhny is professional, friendly and a real top performer in his field!

We purchased a house that was for sale through Remax. A peculiar construction, because the viewings were conducted by van Loenhout assurantien. We never saw Kees Buijsen himself (!). However, contact with Remax is going very poorly. At the moment we wanted to make an offer, they only wanted to consider it if we also put our own house for sale through them. This feels like blackmail to us. After lengthy negotiations, we eventually succeeded and now live in our new home. Unfortunately, it turns out to contain hidden defects. Of course, we should have had it inspected by a building surveyor, but you don't expect that with a 23-year-old house. Even then, you are treated extremely unfriendly and incorrectly, both by van Loenhout assurantieen and by Kees Buijsen himself. A solution remains elusive. But the service and communication of Remax and van Loenhout receive a resounding failing!

Very satisfied with Helmig. Maintain very close contact, provide good advice and are easily accessible for questions. Had a lot of contact with Erwin during the sales process in recent months. Professional, keeps his appointments and absolutely has a good eye for personal contact (for both seller and buyer). Also Elly, one of the other brokers, is very knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and reliable.
