Dear Marco and Fraukje, I was alerted by an acquaintance to your review on Google. You posted this quite some time ago. The review is a 1 and unfortunately does not contain any explanation. To be honest, I don't understand the low rating. The review likely arose from the sales process of the property [address known to you] in Boekel, I think. From the very beginning, I made it clear to you that there was another candidate and that, if multiple candidates were interested, a highest bid could potentially be requested. In addition, I kept you informed by phone throughout the entire process and responded to all your questions. Even outside of office hours, in the evening and on weekends. I understand that when the seller ultimately awards the property to someone else, it is disappointing and perhaps (if it has happened before) very frustrating. Unfortunately, this is sometimes unavoidable in the current market. To “punish” our service, which in my opinion was correct, neat, and adequate (I would do it again the same way), with a low rating on Google, I find that very unfortunate. Whether or not you are awarded a property is independent of our way of working (which the review should be based on); the awarding still happens by the seller.
