We had a viewing at a property and got the strong impression that we were having a personal viewing because we were allowed to come and look between 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM. However, it turned out that all interested parties were walking through the house at the same time, which felt very uncomfortable. The entire communication process also went very poorly. We bought our house through De Wekker (and will soon be able to officially receive the keys! :D). Arie actively thought along with us about the possibilities of the property and we were very well assisted. For example, we were kept well informed about permit applications around the complex and contact was made with the selling party so that we could measure things. In short: we are very satisfied!

2x a call was made to Wekker; in the past to sell our house and recently to have our house appraised. Both times unfortunately disappointed in this real estate agent. For the sale of our house, they sent an apprentice who clearly wasn't very far along in his training. The appraisal was carried out based on assumptions and the communication was poor. I would therefore not recommend this real estate agent. Response to the below reaction from Mr. van Valderen: We contacted you following the above because I wanted to find a solution. The assumptions I am talking about were then discussed extensively, and we agreed that the communication had much to be desired. You offered to put me in contact with another appraiser from your network to have a new appraisal carried out. Unfortunately, after this phone call, I never heard back from you or an appraiser from your network. Therefore, for me, sufficient reason to leave this review.

The efforts of the real estate agent were minimal. I had to compose the contract with the real estate agent myself (a rather unclear form). I also had to pick up and hang the 'for sale' sign myself. Do not use this broker for appraisals in the Alphen aan den Rijn region. Incorrect valuation based on poorly comparable homes and no willingness to reconsider with clear arguments. Customer focus and service leave much to be desired. A pity about the time and money.

They are not a reliable real estate agent. They try to cover up all the problematic things about a house and pretend they know nothing. We had a very bad experience with them regarding the problems with our house after the purchase. And the problems were caused by the previous landlord, and they covered this throughout the entire sales process. When we tried to raise a flag about it, the previous landlord accused them and they acted as if nothing had happened. If you work with them, it is better to think twice!
