Update; If you are an expat, please note the following: when handing over the keys, take photos of everything, and I mean everything. Take your time and don't rely on the inspection report. Ultimately, if the landlord accuses you of something, do not expect this office to investigate or ask for evidence. You always receive an e-mail that starts with (as mentioned in the previous e-mail...). In short, what they send you is binding and what you have to say is irrelevant. They have failed to ask the landlord for confirmation and have even failed to indicate whether the landlord's requests have a legal basis.
