contact verliep goed en soepel , alleen vond ik de onderhandelingen met de kopers een beetje vreemd , volgens de makelaar zouden de kopers weglopen als ik niet mee zou gaan in hun biedingen op mijn huis maar later vernam ik dat de kopers het dolgraag wilde hebben en kwam ik er achter dat de makelaar ook hun appartement ging verkopen dat vond ik niet zo tof

Wij zijn op een prettige enthousiaste manier begeleid door een betrokken deskundige makelaar. Zouden wij zeker aanbevelen.

De door de makelaar verwachte verkoop prijs van E 460.000,-/E 470.000,- werd niet gehaald. Ondanks een toppositie in Funda, zowel in Amsterdam en Purmerend kwam er EEN kijker gelukkig wel met een bod E 440.000,-. In de markt voor eengezinswoningen blijkt al een paar jaar de ontwikkeling te zijn naar een prijsplafond. Twee starters met een gemiddeld inkomen komen niet boven de E 400.000,-. Years ago, I bought a house through Hoekstra and van Eck. A very bad experience. Pay close attention if you buy a house with them. Many things they tell you turn out not to be true. I asked if it was a wooden floor or concrete. The real estate agent indicated concrete. I looked in the crawl space and clearly saw wood. And when you point it out to them, they hang up the phone or don't respond to more emails. 1 day after the transfer of ownership, the central heating boiler broke down. They stated that it was my own fault. I pointed them to the terms of the purchase. But they don’t care about that. Also, the house was very dirty (I saw that the toilet hadn't been cleaned for weeks), and the real estate agent said they would arrange it. Of course, they didn't. As soon as their money is in, they are gone and unreachable.

Very bad experience with this realtor. Due to a lack of knowledge and incorrect advice from this realtor, we ended up in a legal dispute with the buyers. One big nightmare of one and a half years and more than euros lost on lawyer's fees and settlement costs.
