I am very disappointed in Ferhaas Makelaardij. I traveled for no less than 4 to 5 hours for a viewing, which was canceled at the last moment – just 15 minutes before it started – without any prior notification or message. The realtor was unreachable by phone and left no clear communication. Ultimately, I only received a message via another number, in which he stated that he had attempted contact earlier, which does not align with my experience.

This is a really bad realtor. They discriminate against people. They don't give good homes to foreigners. They keep these only for Dutch people and they always have difficult excuses.

For us, it was the first time we did business with this company regarding renting out a stay. They answered all my emails within 1-2 business days and answered all my questions as best they could. They ensure that you can move into a new home where everything is functional or at least ready for repair. For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say.
