Although I ultimately didn't take the apartment, Laura was a pleasure to work with and treated us much more kindly than international students normally would expect.
We are expats and live in Rotterdam. We finally moved in February during COVID after having paid for a rental through another company for months. We find ourselves in a unique position because we have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and our first place was rented due to the space. Unnecessary to say that it didn't work out and we were a little panicked about finding another place. Laura from Amstel Housing collaborated with a homeowner to help us get to our current place, which is beautiful and has plenty of space for the dogs. She made the process seamless and helped with every step!

The owner/manager is very helpful and has managed to find me reliable tenants in a short time. Every time I ask her a question, the answer comes quickly, and I don't have to worry much about it.
