Well, that’s exactly what van Herk doesn’t understand. Full of himself, he stalks you for a number of days while you indicate that you are letting the 3 realtors settle. Then you nicely let him know that the choice didn't fall on him and why. No reaction... Arrogant jerk bah.. so the right choice not to go with him.
