Had dealings with Smits Makelaardij during the appraisal of my property when reselling to Woonbron. The property was appraised over €30,000 higher by another appraiser than initially by Smits. You'd almost think there is a conflict of interest! In short, I find this too large a difference in assessed value and unacceptable. Therefore, I question how reliable they are.
