I would say take a look at zembla chalet residents intimidating etc. Not a good story.
This company focuses on the rich among us. And drives those less fortunate from their roofs, by buying up holiday parks where people lived who really had nowhere else to go due to that very same extreme housing shortage. Shame!! And certainly not social. Purely to enrich themselves.
Unethical practices. Are you considering buying or investing with them? Watch Zembla and think again. They are receiving a lot of negative press for a good reason.
The company uses a nasty way of doing business. Recreational parks are bought up and the current residents bullied and/or intimidated. Everything for the big money. Stay far away.

Dear people, This company buys campsites and simply bulldozes the existing residents off the land. People who have been there for 30 years or so. No account is taken of them at all. They exhibit bad behavior towards these people, bordering on criminal, but then act sweetly when they try to sell their new recreational homes. It's only about money for these guys. There’s no empathy involved. Personally, I hope that nobody buys a home here and also not in other parks that these figures have the displeasure of managing.

Bad people are driving people off campsites who have been there for 50 years with threats and empty promises that they don't keep, and now nothing is happening and they are emptying the next campsite. Called today by a campsite in the Amsterdam area where they are currently busy. Our Camping Mattenburg in Nieuw Vossemeer is still completely derelict. Has undergone several name changes but after 3 years nothing has happened.
I arrived at the 'open' day at a park called 'WESTonBAY' which was a complete letdown! There is only 1 'chalet' and otherwise everything is fenced off. Apparently, I wasn't allowed to see what’s really going on there..... I don't fit in with this and want to preserve the living space of the people who apparently still live there (I spoke with residents outside the campsite, for example). I will look elsewhere where I prefer to spend my savings!

Going over bodies. People don't count. Only the big money counts. People who bought a chalet with their last cents and have it as their only home are simply put on the street. The so-called “Veluwe Mafia” spares no one. Unfathomable that Kleen himself can still sleep soundly. That proves that you, as a “human being”, are worth nothing.
Once Sandra! Also strange that employees are allowed to place 5 stars, hey Niels and Carmen, and the westeinder collapses in a very unbelievable way.
