When selling my house, the wrong text went online, they forgot to have the brochure checked by me, I heard about it from friends when my house appeared on Funda instead of the broker's, and signing the sales contract took 8 days. For the sale of my house, I engaged Woongoed Makelaars (real estate agents). Because I work in education and therefore could not be present at the viewings, I gave the real estate agent a key to my house in good faith. After one of the viewings, the electric roller shutter for the window of the bedroom at the front no longer worked. During a viewing, the roller shutter was left down on the protruding 'for sale' sign, causing the roller shutter to become defective. The powerful motor continued to press the roller shutter down onto the sign, causing part of the mechanism to break off. The real estate agent verbally promised to repair the roller shutter before the transfer of ownership. He would arrange it and discuss it with the buyer. Ultimately, more than a month after the transfer of the property, the real estate agent said that he had had someone look at it and that a rusted screw was found, which caused it to break. He therefore refused to have the roller shutter repaired. Now I am being held liable by the buyer for the costs of repairing the roller shutter. I obviously do not agree with this. Due to the careless actions of the real estate agent, the roller shutter no longer functions and I expect the real estate agent, in accordance with his initial promise, to ensure that the roller shutter is repaired. Further communication with the real estate agent went well and the house was sold quickly.

He didn't even bother to show us anything, almost got the door slammed into my head, and Mr. made coffee for himself and sat down comfortably.
