This company is a disgrace to the entire real estate sector, the website is not up to date, houses that were sold long ago are still listed on it, and he also has houses for sale on Funda that have already been sold. Does not respond to emails, he's just an incompetent person who does not do good for the real estate sector. My advice is, if you want to sell or buy a house, don't go into business with this company.

Website is not up to date, it hasn't been for years. Emails are never answered, viewing requests receive no response; partly because the houses apparently have already been sold. Called about this, and it turns out the houses haven’t been available for a very long time… The owner acted as if he knew nothing… as if he doesn’t receive 20 phone calls daily about the same thing… honestly! After reading the rest of the reviews, we decided not to do business with this worthless company.

Appointment was rescheduled to the following day. If you come at that time, you are not the only one. There were already people and more people arrived. Half an hour later, after the agreed time, the best guy comes to say we had to wait 'a little while' (about 3/4 of an hour!) because he was busy with other people. Namely, the people who came after us! He found it strange that I said something about it! An uncomprehending reaction followed! And asked who we are four times! If he already misses this appointment, what kind of sales/purchase would that be?! The final tour of the house was also a farce, only knew how to say standard sentences. Didn't even bother to walk around the surroundings of the house, we had to do it ourselves. A very bad feeling remained, not recommended to do business with this company.

The initial contact was good, but implementing 3 price increases and with the last increase making the amount so high that you know we could no longer afford it, while you had already made a verbal agreement, is unacceptable in my opinion. For me, an unreliable agent.
